I am a piano technician and graduate of North Bennet Street School’s piano technology program and a member of the Piano Technicians Guild. I have 5 years of experience repairing pianos and two years of experience tuning them.  Prior to shifting my career to pianos, I was a professional brewer and mead maker. As much as I enjoyed what I did, music is my true passion so I knew it was time to dedicate myself to that.

I am a largely self-taught musician. I play piano, guitar, mandolin, banjo, ukulele, etc.  I performed in a local Irish band for many years and am involved with another local band. I think it’s great fun to just jam with other musicians. I love to sit at my piano and just let the music take me where it will.

As a lifelong musician, I’ve never met a piano I didn’t want to be friends with. This is the kind of joy and passion I find in the work.  From basic tuning, to key and action repair, voicing, regulation, humidity control, and fixing faulty pedals I do it all. I can even clean the interior for you. I want to give your piano the TLC it needs to be at its best.
